At bhambubble, we value thoughtful craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The shoes must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive shoes that are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized shoes

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before initiating a return.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to:

  1. Return the original item following our return process

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This ensures faster processing and availability.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Original tags attached

  • Original packaging included


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: within 10 business days

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
